Tirhani Group Holdings’ Auctioneering Division is operated through its wholly owned subsidiary, Tirhani Auctioneers, established in 2001. It is a leading black-owned auction company in South Africa that provides end-to-end asset disposal solutions, including asset tracing, verification, recovery, storage, valuation, and final sale through live or online auctions. The division handles a wide range of assets such as vehicles, machinery, equipment, furniture, and both residential and commercial property, offering a complete and transparent auction service across the full value chain.

Tirhani Group Holdings’ Construction Division is a black-owned and managed construction group established in 2008. It operates through subsidiaries focused on civil engineering, infrastructure development, property development, and plant hire. The division delivers large-scale turnkey EPC projects, including roads, bridges, housing, water and sanitation systems, energy infrastructure, railways, and public facilities. While its main focus is construction and infrastructure delivery, some subsidiary activities such as property development and plant hire are currently dormant.

Tirhani Group Holdings’ Investments Division operates through Tirhani Investments, which is used as a vehicle to manage minority, non-controlling equity interests and to identify new investment opportunities. The division focuses on acquiring or investing in businesses where Tirhani can take meaningful, active participation, particularly at governance level. Its portfolio includes investments across sectors such as aviation, industrial services, and research, including interests in companies like Fhufhani Aviation, Taxi Scrapping Administrator, and Plus 94 Research. The division is aligned with the group’s philosophy of long-term value creation, strategic partnerships, and active involvement in invested businesses.

Tirhani Group Holdings’ Transport & Logistics Division operates through two subsidiaries, Habana Trading and Ntshovelo Logistics. Habana Trading, established in 2007, provides scholar transport services for provincial government contracts, while Ntshovelo Logistics, founded in 2010, expands these operations into broader passenger and bus transport services. Together, the division focuses on reliable transport solutions and operational efficiency, primarily serving the public sector with structured, scalable logistics and mobility services across South Africa.

Tirhani Group Holdings’ Foundation is a non-profit initiative established in 2014 to drive socio-economic development by unlocking human potential. The foundation focuses on three main areas: career development, entrepreneurship, and SMME development. It supports learners and communities through programs such as career guidance, experiential education, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, skills development, internships, and apprenticeships. The foundation also promotes self-sustainability by encouraging job creation rather than dependency. Funding is sourced through group contributions, donor and grant funding, CSI partnerships, and fundraising initiatives, including auction events supported by Tirhani Auctioneers.

Established in January 2016, Nyukani Education Centre (NEC) is a state-of-the-art independent school located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Giyani, Limpopo Province. NEC consist of two operating companies (NEC PTY and NEC NPC). NEC PTY owns and maintains the infrastructure and educational facilities which NEC Giyani NPC leases to operate its curriculum delivery programs. NEC Giyani’s vision of the school is to change society by offering futuristic quality education capable of producing competent, employable and productive scientists, technologists and entrepreneurs. NEC offers high quality primary and secondary education with a bias towards science, commerce and ICT streams using technology and digital e-learning tools such as tablets.
