Tirhani Foundation NPC is a not-for-profit entity established to fulfil TGH’s objectives for socio-economic impact, particularly job creation, poverty alleviation & reduction of inequality. Tirhani Foundation pursues socio-economic impact by sponsoring developmental initiatives which unlock people’s potential and promote a culture of self-reliance and self-sustainable developmental initiatives and programs as opposed to dependency created by once-off donations and handouts. Tirhani Foundation currently supports interventions within the following three focus areas:

• Career Guidance and Career Development
• Entrepreneurship
• SMME Development

Tirhani Foundation has an association with Career Trek, a Manitoba Canadian based charity which helps young people to discover the importance of education and career development. Tirhani Foundation shares Career Trek’s philosophy and business strategy of developmental career education beginning in early childhood and using hands-on self-discovery and experiential processes and methods.
